Refund and Return Policy
We believe that you will love our products. Although we will always strive to do our best, every once in a while, we may not meet your expectations.
If that ever happens, please get in touch with our customer support team via our contact form and we will do everything we can to make things right and get you back to sitting happily. And don't forget, all of our products are covered under our 10 year warranty.
If indeed you do want to return your product, please review the following conditions:
Valid Period for Product Returns:
  • Up to 30 days from the date you received your the product, based on our tracking records.
  • You must provide us with the tracking details for the returned products within 7 days of initiating your return.
Condition of Product Eligible for Return:
  • Products must be in excellent condition.
  • All returned products must be returned in their Original Packaging
  • Original packaging is not damaged.
  • No missing parts (including any parts that you may have received for replacement.
  • Products must be completely disassembled. We do not accept products  which are partially assembled.
Return / Restocking Fees
  • You are responsible for all costs associated to shipping. We encourage you to get shipping insurance to cover any potential damage and loss. You are responsible for any insurance claims that may be filed with your carriers.
  • You may be charged a damaged or missing parts fee following an inspection from our team.
  • We do not charge a restocking fee.
Refund
  • Please allow 3-6 working days for our team to initiate the refund after the returned goods pass our inspection.
  • Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for your original purchase. Please allow a few days for the funds to be credited back to your account as this can vary depending on your bank's practice.
