FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS TO THE CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES (48 STATES).

We want our customer to receive their products as quickly as possibly so we take great care to insure the process operates smoothly. Please review the information below for more specific details about our shipping policy:

Customers will receive an email confirming the purchase as soon as the order is processed. Please allow up 24 - 48 hours to receive tracking information regarding your order.

Most orders should arrive between 1-3 business days.

Emerson Ergonomics is currently only able to ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Any custom delivery requests will have to be communicated with the shipping provider directly.

Unfortunately we are not able to ship to PO Box Addresses.

Shipping fees: all Emerson Ergonomics products are shipped free of charge.

Emerson ergonomics will not be held responsible or accountable for any delays in shipping due to unforeseen circumstances outside of our control, and although we work with the most reputable carriers in the country, we cannot be held accountable for any delays due to the carrier.

We want to make sure your products are safely delivered to you therefore all of our orders require a signature upon delivery. to ensure they are safely delivered to you. We encourage you to keep a close eye on the tracking details to make sure that you or someone you trust is around to sign for it.
