General

Emerson Ergonomics chairs are a result of years of research and re-iteration. We manufacture the chairs with the highest quality materials and test every aspect to meet the top standards in the industry. We stand by the design and are happy to provide a 10 year warranty for our products.

Additionally, we believe that our chairs are the most ergonomic chairs on the market. With every aspect carefully designed to reduce back pain and support appropriate body posture so you can safely game longer.

At Emerson Ergonomics we built our chairs to allow for a wide range of customisations, but we do understand that gamers come in all shapes and sizes. Although our chairs a made to accommodate various heights and sizes, please check our specification guide to see whether the chair is right for you.

Both the Goliath Gaming chair and Executive Chair are tested to hold a maximum weight limit of 330lbs (150kg). However we do recommend that it does not exceed 275lbs (125kgs).

Although we are currently working with retail stores to supply our products, at this time they are only available through the website.

Orders and Payments

We offer multiple secure payment options including credit card, debit card, PayPal, and if you would like to pay in instalments we offer Afterpay and Shopay.

Shipping

We are dedicated to providing our customer with the best service in the industry so we have created free 2-3 day shipping to all mainland areas of the United States that are serviced by Fedex and UPS.

Warranty, Refunds & Returns

While we try to ensure that your product arrives quickly and in perfect condition, mistakes happen. If you receive a damaged item(s) then please take the following steps to receive support.

Go to our Contact Us page within 24 hours of delivery to claim your product as damaged.

Select the ‘Product Warranty’ section. To make sure you are eligible for a product replacement please attach a picture of the damage to your product.

Be sure to retain all original packaging and materials which include the shipping box, packaging materials, product manual and tags.

Depending on the nature of the damages we will either email you a shipping label to return the product or provide you with replacement parts. 

Our warranty policy can be summarised as follows:

Up to 10 years warranty on all functionality portions of the chair. Aesthetic defects and damage due to misuse of the chair are not covered.

Submit a warranty claim via our Contact Form with image/ video attachments of relevant affected area.

Emerson Ergonomics reserves the final right in determining if a benefit under the warranty can be claimed.

Assembly & Care

Upon receiving the chair you should see our booklet which includes an assembly guide. You can also visit our assembly page which shows a video and a written guide for the product. We recommend that you watch the video and read the guide before starting assembly.

Both our Goliath Gaming chair and Executive Chair are assembled in the same way.
